With this package I’ll come up with a five-phase daily training plan to get you to your goal event. It’s yours to manage, but I’ll be available for occasional check-ins via email during training.
This is a great package for seasoned runners who are tired of training to generalized plans copied from books or downloaded off the Internet. It’s also good for those who want to break free from group training that’s orientated towards simply “finishing” an event.
